Please join many of your neighbors in referring friends/relatives to live at The Village at Voorhees. Once the year Lease is signed and your friend/relative has moved into their new home, you will receive a $400 deduction off of your rent. Please remember to have them mention your name when they visit the office for a tour!

A very important reminder for current residents and future residents alike, every resident must carry a renter’s insurance policy. These affordable policies cover your goods and possessions due to accidents, be they your fault or your neighbors. It is the very least you can do to protect yourself.

Maintenance Requests

We pride ourselves on great service! Not only because it is our job but also so that we may insure that our property is well-maintained. If you think that there is something that requires attention, do not hesitate to ask for us to look at it or to make the repair. We are here to maintain your home and we want your feedback.

ACH Payments

Save yourself time and late fees. Sign up for our automatic withdrawal program to have your rent deducted directly from your checking account each month, and you’ll receive a 1% discount. For more details, please contact the rental office.
