Retail Shopping Centers/Pad Sites:

First Montgomery Group has built and acquired five retail shopping centers and pad sites in NJ and PA with over 320,000 square feet of retail space. Applying the same methodology to the retail real estate investment, ownership and management, FMG has proven effective and successful. Future retail real property investments are actively being pursued with a focus on re-use, re-development and under-utilized areas in Southern New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania.

Brooks Edge Plaza:
71 South Main Street Marlboro, NJ (Monmouth County) An acquired 68,086 sq ft retail shopping center in-line retail and outparcel bank pad site.

Centerline Plaza:
1510 Lakewood Rd. (Rt. 9) Toms River, NJ (Ocean County) A raw land development project, including: 154,000 in-line retail and 2 outparcel pad sites.

In development stages, to begin construction July 2011.

CVS Pharmacy:
409 Harleysville Road, Franconia Township, PA (Montgomery County): An acquired CVS Ground Lease site.

Walgreens Pharmacy:
204 North Delsea Drive, Glassboro Township, NJ (Gloucester County)Re-development of an auto repair shop.
